Indulge Your Senses With A Truffle Oil, Chilli Tomato and Nduja This Saturday, Brum’s Big Fat Pizza Presents Gourmet Pizzas To The Line -Up
Everyone knows that a standard pizza comes with pepperoni, cheese, ground beef, peppers, onions, anchovies and sausage. However today gourmet pizza is created with any kind of topping. They are topped with anything from Truffle Oil to chocolate and at Big Fat Pizza Festival there’re plenty!
We have Gourmet pizzas topped with Chicken Tikka, Hot Honey, Sicilian Lemon, with Creme Fraiche and Reeces Peanut Butter and Belgian Choc! And, there are Vegan gourmet pizzas that are topped with a medley of vegetables and grains but our next guest vendor Pizza Heaven will bring on the flavour-flavour with five of their best G-Pizzas.
Get stuck into slices of creamy Brie, fresh Courgette and Balsamic Onion Relish topped with a mozzarella cheddar cheese mix on a spicy tomato base.
Beautiful Nduja (Spicy Calabrian Italian Salami) with fresh Chillies and Oil topped with mozzarella cheddar mix on a spicy tomato base.
Trio of Mushrooms topped with Truffle Oil and finished with fresh rocket. Gently cooked under a fresh mozzarella and cheddar cheese mix on a spicy tomato base.
Lashings of Italian Pepperoni cooked on a tomato base and topped off with mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
Good old traditional with Spicy Tomato Base smothered with a layer of stringy cheddar and mozzarella cheese topped with fresh cherry tomato.
With only two days to go before we have an epic Pizza gathering, all we can advise is to let the Pizza expects do the cooking. Just turn up and pre-warn your taste-buds to get ready as no prisoners will be taken! Just pre-order your Uber before your food coma. Don’t say we haven’t warned you!
