Serving Up The Best Gyoza Dumpings And Japanese Street Food This Side Of Tokyo.

No need to stick to one kind of Dumplings as at Taste and Liquor International Dumpling Festival we’re throwing out the rule book to present the best dumplings in the world.

In pursuit of eating the absolute best dumplings in the word, Taste and Liquor have done their research and have found the best dumplings from Japan (Gyoza), Caribbean (Jamaican Fried Dumplings), Mexico (Mexican Dumplings), Poland (Pierogi), India (Lamb Kofta and Pani Puri) and Britain (Fried Sweet Donuts) head to Digbeth to get your dumpling fix at one of the best foodies parties in the city.

A whole day of dumpling eating will take place on Saturday, 12 October at Quantum in Digbeth and no dumpling crawl would be complete without a visit to Gyoza Gyoza. Specialising in traditional Japanese Gyoza, this involves delicate, handmade wrappers and juicy fillings, is a much-welcomed addition to festival.

Gyoza Gyoza, an exciting Japanese inspired vendor will be bringing the Tokyo to taste Taste and Liquor International Dumpling Festival and their Gyoza Boxes and Dumpling Trays. Coming at such a high volume, there are at least three Japanese Dumplings varieties on the menu from a wonderfully flavoursome pork; a vegan-vegetable filling; and a half moon-shaped chicken dumpling with a choice of dipping sweet-sour or chilli – sauce and fresh toppings guaranteed to make your mouth pop with sheer happiness! Juicy on the inside, crispy and golden brown on the outside, these delicious little savoury parcels are so dainty but so moreish – try them once and you’ll be hooked

For a reasonable price, they will also serve the most mouth-watering Gyoza Dumpling Boxes with Sticky Rice, Asian Slaw and more. It’s a masterful study in balance of flavours and textures, seamlessly combining the freshness and the comfort of a dumpling.
