Award Winning Taste and Liquor Forge the Ultimate

Experience Combining Street Food, Experimental Pop-

up Bar Culture and Day-To-Nightlife.

SUPPORTING INDEPENDENT IDEAS – Taste and Liquor has been fiercely instrumental in building a thriving street-food scene in Birmingham. Respectably known for creating unique taste festivals, daytime Brunch parties, community cultural gatherings and experimental music offerings with independent pitches and a steadier stream of customers from across the region and beyond.

TWO VISIONS – and the passion to create unorthodox festivals for a street food, liquor and music collaboration is how the award winning TASTE & LIQUOR was cooked up! Having already launched Shaanti –  a self-funded multi-award winning company responsible for bringing art, music and events across the UK – over the years this pop-up veteran have expanded to create some buzz-worthy experiences attracting incredible crowds to various locations across.

LAUNCHED – with a series of innovative gatherings back in 2014, Southside, Birmingham, the combination of two people visions went on to become one the UK’s most respected organisations. Their street food union has taken over countless of warehouse spaces, arches, disused car-arches, heritage sites and regional pubs across the West Midlands, as both Shaanti and Taste and Liquor create new ideas to bring in vast amounts of communities into the city.

Neither the founders or Birmingham foodies have looked back since, as food goes hand-in-hand with music and culture, both sides of the equation are left with a mutually beneficial relationship has paved the way to creating some the regions increasingly large-scale festival and events.

THE IDEA – for TASTE AND LIQUOR is to combine their knowledge of the industry into one. As each project fires out a unique celebration of feirce independence, which formed some of Birmingham’s main festivals including:
