Move over beefy burger and brioche buns, we have a new twisted burger at Taste and Liquor Birmingham Burger Month who’ll be taking the Burger concept to whole another level, Bagel style!
Smoking Bagels are purveyors of New York bagels. Having first introduced Unicorn Rainbow Bagels to Birmingham’s street-food scene, Smoking Bagels is a very cool kitchen located in Great Barr that any Bagel fan needs to try.
Taste and Liquor Birmingham Burger Month are delighted to have them on the line-up to present experimental burgers including The Smoking Bagel Burger with Two Double BBQ Jerk Glazed Patties topped with American Cheese and Organic Spinach, The Smoking Fried Chicken Burger, a meaty skyscraper Fried Chicken and BBQ Jerk Suace. A meaty skyscraper, which you summarily demolish while hiding in a corner alone. Perfectly proportioned, generously topped, and always fresh. Oooooh, they’re so goooood.
Along with their various kinds of Bagels, Smoking Bagels also serves up a lot of other authentic dishes. But let’s be honest, this kitchen is known for the Bagels they opened with – a simple one with packed fillings and super chewy.
