Brum Big Fat Pizza Festival Present The Hulk Green Pizza With Bubbling Crusts, You Knead to Try!
We’ve the best of the best independent Pizza traders vacating to Digbeth to present the tastiest Pizzas for this years Brum’s Big Fat Pizza Festival. Quantum will be the number one destination this Saturday, indulge in traditional to the modern – and fully-vegan options are also available – but have you ever eaten a Hulk Pizza?
Which brings us to our final Pizza menu from The Wedding Pizza Co, we’re extremely excited to announce this will be the first time Brum’s Big Fat Pizza Festival will be presenting their Hulk Pizza!
Having created a delicious Green Dough packed full of fresh flavour and topped with a number of fresh local ingredients, go early to ensure you get a slice of the Hulk action.
This pizza is perfect – thin, crispy and hanging off the edge of the plate. Just add your toppings, think Blue Cheese and Pears, think Canadian Bacon and Maple Syrup or if you fancy something a bit more traditional go for a classic Margherita, and appreciate what it was designed for.
One things for sure, all pizzas at Brum’s Big Fat Pizza Festival are handmade; watch the traders expertly fire up their ovens, knead and work the pizza dough by hand, add Mozzarella cheese top with Parmesan (and whatever toppings you like) and drizzle with olive oil, worth a long lunch…and a glass of wine.
