It’s probably isn’t your first thought when looking for a great burger, especially with The Custard Factory just a few blocks away but trust us this is a joint that needs your attention as they produce the best sliders this side of Digbeth!

With over 16 Tahini Burgers to choose from Birmingham Burger Months’ favourite includes The Daddy Stacker Burger that has it all. Imagine three juicy Beef Patties dripping in Melted Cheese and stacked high with Battered Onion Rings and all the Tahini trimmings. You’ll be singing, “Who’s your Daddy” if you manage to finish of this Tahini B off. Trust us it’s a beast of a Burger. But let’s continue, as there’s more.

The Stacker Smacker Burger is arguably one of the city’s most interesting: once ordered you will be presented another high tower of juicy Beef Pattys topped with Turkey Rashers and Smoked Cheddar, plus Gastronome Chips on theside, helps to add crunchy texture to your burger experience. It all comes together with Red Onions and Pickles on a well-toasted flattened bun that despite your best intentions will absolutely need to be cut in half in order to be consumed. 

What makes the burger here so special is its sheer simplicity – a blend of ground beef, trimmings, and high- stacks that comes slightly charred and topped solely with melted cheese. There’s no need for extra sauces – in fact, ketchup would probably do more harm than good, but a few extra napkins to help you manage all that dipping gravy is not the worst idea.
