The Best Desi New York Hot Dogs Comes To Indian Street Feast

Has there ever been a better time to eat a sausage hot dog? But have you ever eaten an Indian Desi Hot Dog, well you truly haven’t lived!

In Digbeth, even in the heart of winter, you can still enjoy a taste of summer. Here at Taste and Liquor Indian Street Feast we’ll be serving the absolute best hot dogs in Birmingham, created by top Indian Food experts Mahirs Experience, welcome to the line up The Indian Sausage Company.

The Indian Sausage Company promises to pimp out your hot-dog the Indian way. Mahirs Experience is known in the industry for creating the ultimate food services at lavish weddings and celebrity events, now the award-winning team have created their first street food adventure serving Birmingham’s best gourmet hot dogs with an Indian twist. Imagine juicy hot-dogs topped with the tastiest curry, Indian BBQ and mouth-watering sauces celebrating Britain’s best-loved dishes.

The Indian Sausage Company lavishly buttered top-loading hot-dog bun toasted to an even shade of golden brown on a hot griddle is hard to beat. Their Indian-Brooklyn style hot dogs are cooked on a flame-grilled BBQ, then here’s the best bit, topped with Indian Chilli Keema – spice lamb mince slow-cooked in a spicy tomato and onions sauce – or if you so desire, Chicken Tikka Masala – BBQ tender cuts of chicken tikka, tossed in a sweet chilli, onion, ginger and garlic creamy tomato sauce.

If you’re not worried about staining your shirt The Indian Sausage Company also offers classic creations like The Punjabi Banger with their signature Panjabi pork sausage made exclusively with the award-winning Lashfords Sausages, but nothing quite hits the spot like The Fricken Chicken Banger. Yes, it’s messy to eat, and yes, it’s one of the best hot dogs in the city. Imagine a juicy chicken sausage topped with Mellow Makhani, a warming, comforting curry served in many South Asian homes, for us this is food at its very best.

But it doesn’t stop here, their Very Veggie Dog naturally vegetarian sausage burst with spices and smothered in toppings as mentioned above, or go simple with a Naked One: sausage and roll, add some ketchup, then mustard and you’re done!
