Finger Licking Good Competition Comes To Digbeth

A festival dedicated to chicken wings is heading to Digbeth this spring.

This May, Brum Wing Fest is taking over Quantum in Digbeth, for a day of chicken, beer and music. Bringing Britain’s best wings all to one place, you can expect to see some big names in the game, including Full Belly (Polish), Veeru Da Dhaba (Indian), Limon Turkish (Turkish), Little Urban BBQ (US) and Naughty Little Things (Fusion).

But Why?

Why not, Brum Wing Fest is such a clucking fantastic event, but the answer is simple: so we can drown ourselves in new dishes, and eat ourselves into a coma. Oh, and also because the chefs are all fighting for the prestigious title of Brum Wing Fest and it’s up to us, the paying public, to vote for the best.

So much more than a finger-licking mouthful, the humble chicken wing has some serious fans out there. But who serves up Birmingham’s best? Find out at Brum Wing Fest.
