The days may be getting colder and shorter, but Taste and Liquor Birmingham Burger Month have some good news to warm your hearts and tummies with a little help from Byron.
Byron fans might want to head down to New Street as the chain has launched four new exciting menu options today. You can now get your hands on two new burgers called the Le Bleu and the Bulleit Bourbon, as well as Skins on Fries and Vanilla Chess Pie for pudding – yum!
For those who like it cheesy? Among the new offerings is this incredibly rich burger with Fourme d’Ambert Blue Cheese. Taste and Liquor Birmingham Burger Month celebrates The Le Bleu Burger a classy little number with a juicy Beef Patty, Red Onion Port Jam, leafy Spinach, griddled Onions and Wholegrain Mustard-Mayonnaise.
Burger lovers get acquainted with The Bulleit Bourboun Smokey: Kentucky-inspired with a tantalising Bourbon depth, this is a BBQ Burger with real bite. Think creamy Ranch Sauce, Crunchy Coleslaw; spicy Deep-Fried Jalapeños. Be warned: things will get messy!
The signature Byron Burger is even tastier then before, with a special Byron Sauce, housemade Pickles and bespoke Cheese – a mix of premium Italian and UK cheeses. Who says there are no second chances?

Want to know a secret? Byron has also brought back their much-loved Skin-On Fries! But they’re now coated in a top secret, house-made seasoning – to pack more flavour per bite. And For dessert you must order their new Vanilla Chess Pie: A classic American custard tart, baked to perfection and topped with bourbon caramel; vanilla whipped cream.
