For the third year running, showcasing some of the best street-food traders, we present the city’s baddest finger-licking, sauce dripping BBQ, fried, slow roasted – battle of the Chicken Wings!

Chicken Wings. These often-forgotten yet regularly delicious bites of heaven are the unsung sticky heroes of the guilty pleasure world. Whether glazed and grilled or coated and fried, wings have something of a massive following – and nowhere is this truer than Brum Wing Fest 2019.

Dreamt up by Taste and Liquor in 2016, who hosted Birmingham’s first battle of the wings – Brum Wing Fest. Now in its third glorious – lick those fingers clean – year, Taste and Liquor have gathered five chicken-wing maestros once again to do battle. Brum Wing Fest 2019 is the second of their epic foodie face-offs – they’ll also be launching Birmingham Fried Chicken Battle in B12.

What is it?
Five of the UK’s greatest chicken-wing traders are squaring up in another epic Taste and Liquor and food battle. Try them all, then vote for your favourite. And it’s happening on Saturday 4 May at Mutt Motorcyles, in Digbeth

How does it work?
On arrival ticket holders will each be given a special token, then vote for your favourite and hey sticky fingers we have a WINNER WINNER CHICKEN DINNER!

There will be a main bar to keep everyone refreshed, tunes to keep it all jumping and some of the best mother clucking chicken in town.

Time 12pm to 8pm. Last orders at 7.00pm

• Ticket is for entry only, food and drink to be purchased separately.
