Calling all Burger fans, Birmingham’s bags its first Burger Month in October 2019 and it’s totally juicy! And there’s only one-way to celebrate: by indulging in a delicious and gourmet version of the classic American dish.
Award Winning street-food experimental street-food organisers Taste & Liquor founders thought it’s about time us Brummies’ had their own independent burger celebration, so they’ve produced the region first annual Birmingham Burger Month 2019.
Launching on Tuesday 1st October to Saturday 31 October all across the region, followed by a street-food Burger Battle, Birmingham’s first Burger Month Awards, a R&B Brunch ‘Patty’, the release of a Birmingham Burger Month Card (feat. a 20% discount) and 30+ new ‘Burgers Specials’ created exclusively by top-chefs from Birmingham’s respected restaurant and street-food landscape, plus a Create Your Own Burger Weekender, and a number of special discounts all across Brum and beyond, welcome to Taste and Liquor Birmingham Burger Month.
With a number of independents venues, local pubs and restaurants participating, be sure you can find a burger near you that you’ll love; whether you like your burger with double cheese, bacon, vegan, or even vegetarian, there’s even a burger for that for all to enjoy.
The Birmingham Burger Festival PRE-LAUNCH ANNOUNCMENT will take place on Saturday 13th July, as the organisers’ gear up to released the first set of names of restaurants on board. This formidable line-up will be creating new ‘high-towers’ of Burger deliciousness all throughout the month. These exclusive specials will be only available at Taste and Liquor Birmingham Burger Month from Saturday 1st October to 31st October – 2019.
It is also our great pleasure to welcome you to the first annual Taste and Liquor Birmingham Burger Awards #BBA. Voting starts on Tuesday 1st October, and we want you to tell us the restaurants, bars and pubs in Birmingham Burger Month who are setting new standards in hospitality. Nominate your favourite:

Voting can only be based on resturants involved in this years’ Birmingham Burger Month 2019. All votes to be received online via www.tasteandliquor.com and will be announced online on Saturday 31st October.
The pre-launch also sees the release of Birmingham Burger Month E-Card, entitling you to a fantastic 20% discount on all special burgers and menus.*
Then on the 1st October, Birmingham Burger Month arrives in true style all across the region. Alongside all the amazing specials, discounts and deals the month will include a series of (ticketed and free) events including Bham Burger Battle, on Saturday 5 October at Quantum in Digbeth. Featuring six of the best British Street traders presenting new and bespoke burgers created exclusively for the day.
