As part of Taste and Liquor Birmingham Burger Month, Hip Hop and Burgers present wicked-wicked flavours from Vegan street food experts Flash Burgers.

No longer are veggie burgers just the lesser version of a juicy beef patty, relegated to sidekick status and largely ignored. Veggie burgers have become glorious foodstuffs in their own right.

Flash Burgers’ Double Cheese and Falcon Burger isn’t so much a veggie burger as it is gooey mass of house-made cheese mashed between two buns. Somewhere in there, there are also a couple of patties amongst creamy slaw, ketchup and mustard.

Yes, the name of this burger is Sriracha Stack Burger and yes, it will be a massive, yes it will be full of flavour and yes, it will be your vegan dreams will come true!
