Taste and Liquor Birmingham Burger Month launches on Tuesday 1st October 2019 – Burgerujah!
Popular burger restaurants across Birmingham have unveiled some very impressive deals and discounts for the big month, including providing a 20% discount to those with a Taste and Liquor Birmingham Burger Month Card, buy one get one free for you and a friend and just all-round hefty burgers to munch down on throughout the month.
Whether you like yours simple with just a good slice of cheese or crammed full with as much meat as possible, we’re delighted to be releasing nine new burgers to the month long celebrations. Taste and Liquor presents some of the best Burger Specials from Birmingham’s top burger purveyors.
BA-HA
To celebrate the much-adored burger, Vegan-based dinnertime favourite BA-HA are celebrating Taste and Liquor Birmingham Burger Month with a monthly special – The BA-HA Banger. This Vegan beast is a Double Stacked homemade meaty Soy Pattie, Triple Bun, Cheese, BA-Ha Burger Sauce, Onions, Mustard and Gherkins.

Juju’s Café
You might want to wear your big pants this week as Juju’s Cafe is selling a Supersize Burger all throughout October. Get suck into a delicious homemade Beef Patty slathered in a homemade Sweet Chilli Rarebit Sauce with Onion Rings and Salad garnish in a Brioche Bun. Topped with a homemade Yorkie drizzled in our Rarebit Sauce. This burger is not for the faint of hearted! Served with thick cut gourmet chips.

Rebel Chicken
If you’re after a top burger experience The Rebel Chicken is marking the occasion with a Special Fried Chicken Burger only available during Taste and Liquor Birmingham Burger Month. Based in Jewellery Quarter, for a limited time only their heavenly special is a Buttermilk Chicken Breast served with Hash Browns, Smoked Streaky Bacon, homemade BBQ Sauce, American Cheese Sauce and Aioli in a hand made milk bun.

Smokin’ Bagels
Given the love and attention Smokin’Bagels give to their Bagels, it’s hardly any surprise that their Bagel Burgers are A-class too. You’ll find their Southern take on a classic Burger will make your Burger dreams come true. There’s a lot of love for their Waffle Burger that has Two British Beef Patties glazed in a Smoking’ Bagels BBQ Jerk Sauce with Melted Cheese inside a Waffle Bun.

Zindiya Indian Streatry and Bar
It’s time to test your devotion of burgers with Birmingham’s Indian street food-favourite eatery Zindiya. Serving up a brand new Burger special that you won’t get anywhere else, new on their menu. This popular Moseley spot will be serving The Zindiya Tandoori Soya Burger. Tuck into a soft bun with Soya Chunks marinated in Soya Yoghurt and fragrant Spices cooked in a hot Tandoor, topped with Mango Chutney and a Sprouting Lentil Salad.

Byron Hamburgers
Byron teases us with their new Autumn menu with new sauces, blue cheese and port jam! Byron Hamburgers on New Street is pretty perfect in every way – and they’ve gone to great lengths to ensure that their new menu (launching on October 1st) burger is right up there – messy in the very best way.
Le Bleu
Deeply beefy with premium blue cheese this burger is one classy number! A juicy Beef Patty is topped with Fourme d’Ambert Blue Cheese, Red Onion, Port Jam, leafy Spinach, Griddled Onions, Wholegrain Mustard-Mayonnaise.
Bulleit Bourbon Smokey
Kentucky-inspired with a tantalising Bourbon depth, this is a BBQ burger with real bite. Think Creamy Ranch Sauce, crunchy Coleslaw and spicy Deep-Fried Jalapeños. Be warned: things will get messy!
The New Byron
The signature Byron Burger, has been taken to the next level. Byron have developed a new, flavour rich sauce, added Bespoke Cheese (a flavoursome mix of premium Italian Cheeses, Cheddar; Red Leicester) and topped with succulent, House-Made Pickles.
