In true honesty, there’s nothing better than a glorious old knees up with food and drink– last year summer in the UK was a sizzler, and with forecasts indicating another this year, The Great British BBQ, Gin and Meat Festival will be hosting a formidable street-food line-up with a formidable independent bar.
Celebrating British independents and local BBQ hero’s head over to Quantum in Digbeth to find Birmingham’s top BBQ and smoking masters serving up their exclusive specialities alongside the UK’s first Cocktail Bar and Meadery! The Award Winning 100 Trades Cocktail Bar The Vanguard.
Based in the historical JQ, customers and locals can enjoy 1000 Trades on the ground floor, and the newly added cocktail bar upstairs on level three.
