A handful of people have shaped the Jerk-barbecue into what it is today. They’ve elevated our primordial instinct into something amazing, and they’re in a class of their own. At The Jerk Festival we are proud to present the industries most influential Caribbean BBQ personalities in the country, including our next guest, Mr. Jerk!

His menu will shake up The Jerk Festival experimenting with jerk seasoning – Jerk Chicken (on the bone and is Halal,) Jerk Pork or classics such as Curried Goat.Turn up the heat and tuck into one Mr.Jerk’s special all served with rice’n’peas or Jamaican hardo bread and a-plenty of salad.
