We are fortunate as Brum’s Big Fat Pizza Festival is where the pizza is so good, you will most definitely be spoilt for choice. But with so many options, it’s hard to know where’s worth making a beeline for. We put together our most comprehensive guide to slices we can’t wait to taste on the day.
It doesn’t get much more stiffing, than folding your piping-hot slice of Slice Slice Baby’s Pizza in your mouth and tearing back the cheese before it hits the plate. When this happens you know the pizza is just right, which brings us to our next guest.
When slice-food vendors say they emulate the old-school joints that still obsess over quality, Slice Slice Baby is one of the traders they’re talking about. There slices taste and look the way it does on their Instagram page; there’s still a red border of pure tomato next to the outer crust, and the pizzas aren’t pulled from the oven until the cheese has a suntan.
