Welcome to Taste and Liquor Birmingham Burger Month and Awards, a month-long citywide celebration of Brum’s pioneering burger scene. Celebrating great burgers, bringing together a fine mix of Birmingham’s best pubs, kitchen, street-food events and restaurants throughout 1-31 October 2019.
On Tuesday 1st October, burger lovers will have the chance to celebrate the regions first Taste and Liquor Birmingham Burger Month. This annual foodie event pays homage to the delectable sandwich comprising of two slices of bread roll or bun, which is filled to the brim with ingredients ranging from Meaty Beef Patties, Spiced Cod, Lamb Kebab, Fried Chicken andKing Oyster Mushroom in Panko Crispy Batter to Crispy Chicken Bao Buns, Indian Sloppy Joes and Jamaican Jerk Burgers. Burgers are the food trend that’ll live forever and here’s where to find the very best in Birmingham and beyond.
Better yet, at Taste and Liquor Birmingham Burger Month all Birmingham-based eateries are offering 20% Discounts to celebrate the occasion to those with a Birmingham Burger Month Card (BBM Card), with restaurants including Burger Theory, BA-HA, The Plough Harborne, Tahini Kitchen, Big Man’s Food, The Florence and Jamaya Indico Street Kitchen and more.
As you might expect, Taste and Liquor Birmingham Burger Month has also inspired several independent Birmingham restaurants; Rebel Chicken, Zindiya Streatery and Bar, JuJu’s Café, Ba-Ha, Bonehead, Smoking Bagels to turn out Burger Monthly Specials for the occasion. While Byron Hamburgers will be launching a brand new menu from today (Oct 1).
