As we launch Taste and Liquor Birmingham Burger Month today, how can we not have a party to celebrate our great Burger Street Food Heroes?
As part of Taste and Liquor Birmingham Burger Month may we present a mother of all parties with a little help from Brunchin’ and Hip Hop and street food trader Smokin Brad’s.
This Saturday (5 Oct) all roads lead down to Hip Hop and Burgers – Patty, a warehouse shindig playing the best 90’s Hip Hop and more.
Starting early on Saturday afternoon at Quantum you get the amenities of nightlife — dancing and drinking— along with gourmet burger options from 2pm til late. With a revved up sound-system, top DJ’s playing the freshest dope beats and bottomless fruit-punch served in the first hour, the party doesn’t stop here.
As you chown chowing down on a Burger (or five) challenge your mates to a game of Street Fighter 1 as there will be a barrel of retro games and Hip Hop Bingo will be also hosted in the first hour.
But what about the burgers, well now this is where things get juicy as Hip Hop and Burgers have it all going on! It’s time to discover the best street food burgers in your life.
Drawing inspiration from burger– from Kentucky to Texas, Vegas to LA and NYC – the Smokin’ Brad’s team truly creates some of the best burgers in Birmingham. Nothing comes close to their Smokin’ Smashburger but the Scorchin’ Smashburger is a spicy mouthful of beefy, cheesy delight. Once you’ve ordered their Tater Tots, you’ll never order chips again.
Check out their full menu below!
