Taste and Liquor Birmingham Burger Month flips the burger to present finger-licking buttermilk chicken, with a little help from Bonehead.
Fried chicken is elevated to elegant heights at this City Centre spot. It’s already got a cult following, and not just because Bonehead has become synonymous with ‘some of the biggest names in Fried Chicken’thanks to an impressively crisp shell and moist meat.
Bonehead actually has a rocking formula: black rock-chic interiors, reasonable prices and exceptional cooking. A blend of carefully selected cuts goes into each Fried Chicken Burgers, as their chicken is baptized in buttermilk- then battered, for a depth of flavour that when combined, with Pickles, Cheese, Lettuce, Tomato and epic Condiments, makes for a seriously good bite. But don’t forget the sides: Hand-Cut Chips and terrific selection of Beer On Tap deserve equal billing
Their Golden Fried Bird Menu, is available for lunch and dinner, is served with a rotating spread of sides such as Herby Slaw, Topped Fries with Coleslaw and Comeback Sauce.
